Our largest operating business is buyerlink.com, formerly Reply.com, the leading online marketplace for the acquisition of locally-targeted consumer demand in the automotive, real estate, and home improvement industries. MerchantCircle.com, our second-largest operating company, comprises the largest online network of local business owners in the United States.

Our investment portfolio represents a diverse group of innovative tech products and solutions, all with the goal of creating that powerful combination of business success and social good, of Innovation+Intention.

One Planet Ops was founded by tech entrepreneur Payam Zamani, who has also built several other successful Internet businesses, including Reply! Inc, and Autoweb, the first online car buying service, which completed a successful IPO in 1999 reaching a market cap of $1.2B. Since launching his first company he has served or currently serves on the board of directors or advisors to many startups, including Les Concierges, SoulPancake, TalkWheel, The RealReal, and ChatSports.

One Planet dedicates its efforts to the entrepreneurial philosophy of “Universal Philanthropy,” which means that most companies from our entire extended network, whether operating businesses or companies we invest in, actively support social programs for the betterment of the world. That conscious intent functions as an integral part of our DNA, core mission, business model and our daily work. As a company, One Planet supports Tahirih Justice Center, a national nonprofit that protects courageous immigrant women and girls fleeing violence. Our commitment goes beyond the occasional corporate gift or fundraiser. Instead, we contribute a fixed percentage of the company’s profits every quarter. This unique commitment and profit-sharing model rewards the nonprofit with more funds as the company improves its performance and gives an extra incentive to everyone in the company to deliver the most profitable growth possible.
