Advocate Moreno, born 1976, founder and owner, graduate of the Faculty of Law (LL.B.) and the Faculty of Government (B.A.) at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzeliya. Master's degree in law (LL.M.) from Bar-Ilan University.

11. Before his entrance into the world of legal practice, and during his academic studies, he worked as a journalist, first for the Shokan Chain, and at a later stage he began writing for "Zman Tel Aviv ? Maariv".

12. He underwent his longer than usual internship period at the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office (Criminal) and interned under the supervision of Mrs. Ruth David, the District Attorney, Mrs. Vered Anoch, Senior Deputy to the District Attorney, and Mrs. Dalia Abramof, Supervisor at the Attorney's Office.

13. Following successful passage of the Israel Bar exams, he returned to work at the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office (Criminal), as assistant to the District Attorney. As part of his work as prosecutor, Advocate Oded Moreno handled a wide variety of cases involving white and blue collar offenses and appeared before the Court many times.

14. Upon leaving the ranks of the general prosecution, he established an independent firm. In addition, today Advocate Oded Moreno serves as a teaching assistant at the Ono Academic College, in the following courses: criminal law, criminal procedure and evidence law. Advocate Oded Moreno has administered a great number of lectures that have been requested by various workplaces. The lectures dealt with rights of suspects and the accused in criminal law.

15. As part of the reserve service, Advocate Oded Moreno is a law officer in reserve, and serves as a military prosecutor in the Judge Advocate General Unit.
