  • DAY 80 | BLOCK 80: I really love how subtle this block is and how there's a nice pop of metallic in it. I'd love to do a quilt in this colour palette but I worry that the lack of bright rainbow colours might not hold my interest... something to ponder . 🛠 I’m making my version of Tula Pink’s City Sampler in all @cottonandsteel and @sulkythreads. Today's block is made with Sleep Tight, Add It Up, Wonderland and Black & White 2016 . 🚃There are 100 colours in the Cotton + Steel Thread by Sulky range and with each block I will be sharing with you a colour from the range. Today’s colour is 1180 Medium Taupe. Each spool has 660 yards of 50wt thread on it.   • DAY 79 | BLOCK 79: I'm calling this one "Lucky Fruit" or "Come In Spinner" because it reminds me of playing the slot machine - I got three fruit, jackpot!
