Do I have to install anything?
Nope. We offer free setup and installation with our website theme plans so all you have to worry about is adding your own content.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the open source nature of our website themes, all sales are final. For more information regarding this please view our Terms of Service here.
What is included in with each plan?
Our plan includes a 3-in-1 complete website presence (website, blog and mobile website) with unlimited galleries, unlimited text/informational pages, unlimited external links, a blog, hosting and the ability to change your theme at anytime.
What does my hosting account include?
See our worry-free pricing above for details of what is included with portfolio and pro accounts.
What is the setup process?
Once you purchase a website you will be instantly re-directed to an account setup page where you can get started setting-up your new site. While you're getting it set-up, your new website will be hosted in a temporary location allowing you to edit your site before it is live. Once you are ready to go live, we will provide you detailed instructions on how to point your current domain to your new Folio Websites - simple as that.
Do your websites themes use flash?
No! Our website themes are 100% HTML, Javascript, & CSS so they will look the same on all devices.
Can I keep/use my current domain name?
Absolutely! We show you how to point your domain name to your new website once you are ready to go live. If you need a domain name, we recommend Network Solutions or GoDaddy’s domain registration.
Have more questions?
No problem. Check out our detailed FAQ or feel free to contact our friendly support team.
Can I buy a domain name from Folio Websites?
We do not sell domain names because they are very affordable to self-register and we believe that people should own their own domain and be able to manage it. If you need a domain name, we recommend Network Solutions or GoDaddy’s domain registration
