nothing will happen to the cops, they will get a paid vacation, then back to beating innocent people as usual, they will find that it was all the drivers fault, he was deaf, so it was obviously his fault. lets face it, cops can murder a child and be found to have done nothing wrong, so beating an elderly man who was also deaf, wont even show on their record.
