Experience panels and presentations from the cast and creators of the biggest properties in entertainment including Stranger Things, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Walking Dead, Marvel Comics and more. These panels are held twice nightly, so that everybody has a chance to experience them.
Get to know the biggest personalities in pop culture with our special up-close-and-personal celebrity experiences: cocktail hours, poker games, dinners and more.
Ever want to feast like a king on the iron throne? Or down a glass of Romulan ale? Fan2Sea is working with the Royal Caribbean’s talented chefs to prepare a custom menu that will transport you to the worlds of fantasy and beyond.
The great thing about being on a ship is that we keep the party going all night, every night! There will be live music with The Flux Capacitors, the ultimate 80’s party band! Also performing nightly is geek-centric DJ Eliot (Star Wars Celebration, Star Wars Weekends, Disney Cruises). Finally, we have some great late-late-late-night entertainment from the Nerdlesque All-Stars, who are bringing some tantalizingly nerdy acts to the stage. And with sixteen bars and lounges available open late, you may have trouble deciding what to do first.
Throughout the day, enjoy intimate conversations and podcast tapings at our interview stage. The wonderful Star Wars Minute (Alex Robinson & Pete The Retailer) will be on board, dissecting the Star Wars saga, one minute at a time. Sailor Business (with Chris Sims) talks about everybody’s favorite early 90’s anime series, along with special guests.
Do tribbles trouble you? Do you know your rancor from your Rodian? Then prove your mettle in our trivia tournaments, held nightly in the onboard pub, the Quill & Compass. Hosted by our onboard celebrity guest experts, this showdown will be the ultimate test of unnecessary knowledge.
Enjoy the coolest movies throughout your day!
We are excited to be hosting two documentaries and their creators on board during Fan2Sea. Brian Stillman will be presenting his vintage Star Wars toy documentary Plastic Galaxy: The Story of Star Wars Toys, followed by a Q&A. Also appearing is Eric Zala, one of the creators of Raiders of the Lost Ark: The Adaption Raiders!: The Story of the Greatest Fan Film Ever Made. Both the adaptation and the documentary will be screened, followed by a Q&A. Plus, catch Back in Time: A Back to the Future Documentary with featured performers The Flux Capacitors.
No matter if you’d like a quick game break or a day-long D&D campaign, we have you covered. Come choose from our library of games, or bring your own to play at our tables. And of course, we’ll be running game tournaments throughout the cruise—stay tuned for all the details.
In addition to our premier panels held in the Pacifica Theater, we’ll be running smaller panels and workshops on everything from costuming and monster makeup, to comics, movies and more. Best of all, we have a Master Class Series where you can get up-close and personal instruction from top DC and Marvel talent!
Pack your cape and get onboard! Join Cosplay Ambassadors Kristen Hughey, Danica Rockwood, and Kristen Lanae as they rock the ship with a celebration of everything cosplay.
Fan2Sea is not only an amazing, up-close & personal, comic con experience…it’s a cruising adventure, with shore excursions available, visiting incredible destinations: Tampa, Key West & Cozumel. Grab your cape and flip-flops—prepare to set sail on a vacation experience like no other!
Tampa, Florida’s warm, sandy beaches stretch along Florida’s Gulf Coast. In addition to being a port it is also a destination full of fun, exiting and cultural things to do. Experience beautiful beaches, historical sights, museums, arts, entertainment, fabulous restaurants and, if you can find time, the nearby city of St. Petersburg. Busch Gardens, an African-themed amusement park is one of the feature attractions in Tampa.
Key West, the southernmost city in the United States is laid-back, eclectic and brimming with island charm. Be sure to visit Key West's historic district, Old Town, whose 19th-century character and leafy streets are lined with Victorian homes, quaint cottages and grand mansions. Mallory Square (a plaza in Old Town’s waterfront), Duval Street, and Fort Zachary are popular destinations you won’t want to miss. Excursions include catamaran sail and snorkel, Hop-On-Hop-Off Conch Tour Train, Key Lime Bike Tour, Kayak Nature Tour and more!
Cozumel is known for it’s warm Caribbean climate and white, sandy beaches. This Mexican island features botanical gardens, trails and shopping in the town of San Miguel. It is also famous for great scuba diving, snorkeling and encounters with dolphins, manatees and sea turtles. Many consider Cozumel one of the top diving destinations in the world with the Mesoamerican Reef and Museo Subacuático de Arte’s submerged sculptures. The nearby mainland is home to Tulum Mayan cliffside ruins overlooking the Caribbean.
