Happy Thursday!!! I cant beleive its the 19th Jan already!! Where has the month gone?? The nights are getting lighter already I noticed. I love longer days!! 

 Todays card is another one for the Bugaboo Birthday Celebrations!!! I love Bugaboo!! You maybe noticed this in my creations!!!
I played with the distress inks again for this one!! (See last card for more messy play!!) I did paper piece her bikini top and her fin but then smothered them in glitter so you can hardly tell now!!!  You gotta be glittery if you are a mermaid though!!!

 Hi Folks,

So Im back again!!! WOW this blogging is a habit the now!!!  Today I have a card I have made this afternoon while just playing at the craft desk. Im actually trying to not think about CHOCOLATE!!!!  The more I think about it the more I really really NEED some!!! 

 It is working though and those urges are leaving the building.  

Janice messaged me first thing today with her latest creations for Bugaboos Birthday Celebrations so I thought I had better catch up!!! 

My background was made using my Tim Holtz Distress inks and some water. My fingers are all blue now and its not just the cold day!!!

Meet Eggbert. I fell in love with him on Friday when I saw he was a freebie this week on Bugaboo!!!!  Grab him while you can!!! 

I've been using my light box for my cards and I really need to learn how to make the white look white and not slightly cream looking. Sure I need to fiddle this the camera to get the settings sorted!!! May find a wee freebie photo course to have a play!!! If anyone knows of one please let me know. Thanks xx

Happy New Year!!!!

I wish you all the best for 2017, hoping its healthy and happy for you all.  

 I decided to make a planner for my meals this year!! So funnily enough I used a wee cupcake image from the lovely Alyce at Kit and Clowder for it!!! The free image and colouring tutorial is HERE!   

Cupcakes sadly dont really have much part in my life anymore but once in awhile is good and a paper one on my planner is perfect!! Zero Syns!!! If I plan my meals then Im really not tempted so it works brilliantly for me. Its also good for saving money as I know exactly what I need to buy and how much of it!!! I don't buy if its not on the list!!!

Before I go here is a wee piccy of me last Christmas versus this Christmas. If you really want to loose some weight this year then I would recommend Slimming World. Ive done it online since February and as you can see I look a bit different now!!! Im 4 stone 7lb lighter and Ive lost 45 inches from my body. Ive also evaporated my high blood pressure!!! Definitely going into 2017 fitter and healthier!!!

21 Again?????

 Hi Folks,

Welcome to my Wee Bit of Blogland. 

Today is my Mums 21st Birthday?!?!?! (Im sure she says shes been that age since she really was 21!!!) I wont tell you her real age but she certainly doesn't look it. Im hoping the anti ageing is in the genes!!!! 

The card Ive made represents Me, my boys and their Pretty Kitty Daisy. Shes the prettiest wee white cat ever. Shes a real Heaven Sent Beastie as my folks really needed a lot of fur loving and thats all I can describe her as!!!!

Pretty Polly!!!

Hi Folks,

Today Im here with a Non Festive Creation to share.

My Poor Mum has had an eye issue for ages and yesterday had a wee op for it. (for the 4th time!!!). Dad and I have been winding her up that she would be getting an eye patch and a parrot instead of getting it fixed, so we decided to give her a silly Pirate card when she went to the hospital.  

Im happy to say that neither Dad or I now have a black eye from being bopped cause of our cheekiness!!! Mums eye isnt too bruised either so fingers crossed its all systems go!!!

Hurray!!! Its done!!!

Mind you to be honest I haven't made many Festive Cards anyway this year!!! This is the last one. (Well unless I have forgotten someone!!) Which is possible with my festively addled mind!! LOLOL

 This card is for the boys Gran and Granda Dave. Margaret always likes a religious themed card and when I made my other religious one the other week I printed the image out twice so I could do this one too. Sadly the store who I got this from seems to have shut down in the last couple of weeks as when I went to try to link it for the card its now closed. :(
