    I heard this poem on this week and felt so nostalgic. Growing up, Reza's was my family's favorite restaurant.

    For , I wrote about the deep love affair between South Asians and yogurt, and how meaningful it is for immigrants keep their yogurt starter going over decades. The story also features my dad (!), who has been keeping his starter alive for 25 years!
