Oh wow, – you suspended ?? WTF Personally, I'd give your company a “C” grade in how you approach your spring cleaning. Machine learning will certainly increase your success rate even further… 🙄

Oh, this is brilliant! You can create your own Wayback Machine with this: ArchiveBox – The open source self-hosted web archive. Takes a list of website URLs you want to archive, and creates a local, static, browsable HTML clone of the content.

Polished design research deliverables signify the end of learning. While I know that some polish is often necessary to get the attention of stakeholders, the outcome (better decisions) is far far more important than the documentation (reports, personas, journey maps etc.)

Feeling like you have to fix everything can be really overwhelming, the task feels insurmountable. Similarly to you, I try and encourage my team to go by the 1%infinity rule (applies to all of life too). Don't worry about the big things, improve everyday by 1%. for infinity.

If your work isn’t accessible, it’s not done yet. Last week, after ’s passionate clarion call, I wrote about our obligation to build an inclusive Web for all. Still need to deliver on my promise to learn something new about and write about it!
