    Our hotel has a robot. He got off at the wrong floor and is now quietly standing across from the wrong room, counting down until such time where he will be deemed to have waited long enough. A bunch of us would have helped him...but there was no way to do that.

    Companies where ML & data science teams can change and design product UIs, tracking etc. have a massive advantage. If they can only use downstream data you are toast.

    Would argue that collecting the right data is the single most important aspect of building ML based products.
