    Doh! During the v4.1 deploy, we mismatched our CSS and JS for the v4.0 docs. Just pushed a fix for majority of it. Still have some lingering issues to iron out. Sorry for the hiccup!

    For those wondering why we’re considering it vs just dropping Bower, it’s things like this 😬

    Visual Studio uses bower by default. Currently fails because popper.js doesn't work with bower but be aware you'll break VS usage completely
