How does the domain limit work?
Once you choose a plan, you get access to the products described in the package and a specific number of domain licenses. You can activate any of the premium products (themes or plugins) on the domains where you have an active license.
Yes, subdomains count as an active domain (including WordPress multi-site).
For how many sites can I use the products?
You can use the themes and plugins from your plan on any number of websites owned by you or not. You will only receive updates, support, and new features just for the products on the domains where you have an active license. More about how to manage your licenses.
What if I have more than 5 domains?
Agency plans include more domains and extra features like Priority Support, Priority Feature Request Handling and Listed as Partner Agency.
Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans are available only with a yearly payment option.
How often do I have to pay?
With the annual membership, you will have to renew after the first year if you want to continue receiving security updates and support.
The product will continue to work even if you cancel immediately, but you won’t get the updates and support after the license expire. You are free to upgrade/cancel anytime.
Lifetime is a one-time payment, and as long as the product is maintained, you will get support and security updates.
Is there a difference between annual and lifetime?
The short answer is no. For more flexibility, Essential, Business and VIP have annual and lifetime options.
No matter the paying option the plans include the same features. It just depends on your payment preferences and how long you plan to use the products.
What will happen if I if I don’t renew after 1-year?
Your domain license will become invalid at the end of the 12-month duration. The product should continue to work.
However, after the license expires, access to security updates, support requests, and new features are discontinued until a new license is activated.
For lifetime membership this is not the case, only for annual plans.
What are the costs for the second year on yearly plans?
When you purchase (without a discount code) a yearly plan, you lock in on that price.
In the second year, the price will not go up unless you cancel your subscription or purchased with an active discount code.
All of our discount codes are active only for the first year. This means that in the second year the renewal price will be the initial full price.
Also, if you cancel, you will have to get a new membership plan for the price a new visitor would have at the time of purchase.
