It sounds like you’re definitely looking at the mobile web page (which is not the Instant App). What device do you have and what operating system are you on? Only certain devices and operating systems (Marshmallow and up) are supported right now so it’s possible it hasn’t hit your device. You also may have to turn instant apps on in your device…
