The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is effective as of May 25, 2018. This regulation broadens the privacy rights that EU individuals have over how their personal data is collected, processed and maintained.

Data Processing Addendum
One of your requirements may be to have a Data Processing Addendum for each of your vendors. We have taken the mystique out of that and post it here for our customers.

We have an easy to use data processing agreement for existing customers. If you have determined that you are a controller under the terms of the GDPR and need a written personal data processing agreement with us, follow this link. You can sign electronically, and a confirmation copy will be provided to you.
