River Otter Trapping Season Closed Immediately

North Dakota's river otter trapping season is closed immediately. The statewide season's predetermined harvest limit of 15 has been reached.

State Tree Lighting Ceremony

The Office of Management and Budget, along with the Governor's Office, invites the general public to the Lighting Ceremony for the 2017 North Dakota State Christmas Tree on Tuesday, December 12th at 5:30 p.m. in the Memorial Hall of the Capitol Building.

Department of Agriculture

Community and School Orchard Grants Available

The North Dakota Department of Agriculture is pleased to announce that grant funds are available to begin a community or school orchard and garden project. Grants from $500 to $7,500 will be available on a competitive basis. Grant applications must be received by January 12, 2018.
