Great 360 Laptop!

Great laptop! Light-weight and has good features. Bought it for my daughter in her first year college in engineering. No complains so far...

Overall Excellent Laptop! Recommended

I bought the 1TB and 16GB RAM version of this for school, and it was great in all aspects. It was able to do all sorts of things that I could've wanted. Highly recommended.

Will not annotate well.

The specs are great, it performs snappily. However, as a traditional laptop, you could get much better ones for this price, including ones with sturdier keyboards. It is incredibly light, and battery life for the usual college student life is about 11hrs in my experience. I am returning this however. One main reason I wanted this pc is that it came with the stylus and it seemed comfortable and light enough to take around and annotate presentations. It can DRAW well, as long as you hold the stylus like a brush instead of a pencil. The palm rejection bugs out, it seems that it can't handle the lifting-touching-lifting action involved in writing with the stylus well. I would write words with some letters missing, difficulty in crossing the t's or dotting i's. The only real use for the stylus I could see is making diagrams or drawings with a good deal of patience because it will not keep up in mid-lecture.

Good design, bad quality control

For the price, I was not expecting my "Esc" key to not register clicks sometimes, heavy coil whine, a buggy trackpad, and bad overheating. The speakers also distort at medium volume, and the Bang and Olufsen software is absolutely terrible. The device is definitely beautiful, but in terms of functionality it falls short.

Isn't an worthy Ultrabook 4 the reviews on the market!

Well.. good example of Appearances are Deceptive. The display looked amazing and the best thing was the pen. However, it has been a downgrade ever since. Battery life around 9ish hours. Gets heated very often, therefore better to have a lap-pad or use it on a flat surface. The speaker quality not so good and within 8 months of purchase, I have returned it for repairs for this so called 8+ rated PC on almost all top websites like Verge and PC MAG. The USB A port stops functioning intermittently and you have to unplug the device and plug it again. Finger print hardly recognizes! Overall, this appears to be probably good only for dainty darling handling!

Loose Trackpad out of the box

i returned 2 dell XPS 13 due to loose trackpads and now this is the 3 visit to MS store and hoping this will fix my issue. out of the box this model have the same issue as the dells. looks like synaptics putting the same garbage with this laptop.
