I have been reselling Veeam now for 6 years and have seen it turn into the best backup and monitoring solution for a virtualized environment. For small customer... ( 3 virtual server or less) receive a 50-60% discount over the standard version well providing them with all the features. Veeam give these small customers to backup to low cost storage as well as the ability to backup to the cloud. Veeam is more know for backups and recover, but the monitoring solution VeeamOne brings a lot to the table, We leverage VeeamOne to complete health assessments for our customers. Typically this takes 3-4 weeks for the tools to run and gather performance data around their environment. After making the recommended changes we typically see a 80%-500% improvement to their environment. VeeamOne provides you a nice dashboard that give you over status of your environment. With the soon to release of 9.5 that brings full support for physical Windows and Linux servers. Also 9.5 brings integration with Nimble storage to allow for you to complete your backups using Nimble snapshots and replicating these off to backup appliances or to the cloud הצג עוד

Veeam's customer service team is really obtuse when it comes to dealing with a very simple mistake that their reseller made when they didn't ask for end user in...formation. Beware, if you buy Veeam with a personal card, or on the behalf of a client, you'll personally end up owning the software, and will not able to be buy software from Veeam in the future. We are, or were a brand new partner. My engineer was confused and thought the client had 1 processor on the server when they had two. We reached out immediately... to correct and we have had nothing but "Nope, can't help you. You have to buy any entire another socket." So instead of paying $250 to correct it to what it should have been, they are expecting us to pay another $780. I am completely dumb founded that they would willing not want to work with MSP's. In this entire process we have several other quotes in with them and they are oddly more focused on "let's make sure your next order is correct." Meanwhile I am over here saying I want a satisfactory resolution to my first order. They seem to have no problem wanting the rest of my business, but sadly they are mistaken that I would EVER consider giving them any more money if they do not resolve my first order. This isn't that difficult, it's an accounting issue. Have someone approve a credit and we pay the difference of what we should have paid in the beginning. Between Reddit, ASCII and now FB reviews I'm guessing they don't give a shit about partner relationships and I am shit out of luck. הצג עוד
