Horrible customer service. They gave a 3 week turnaround on BRCA testing. 2+ months later with 3 pho...ne calls to see what's going on, I still don't have results or any indication as to when they'll be done. It's one thing if they're calling to communicate a delay so you're not worrying. But they never died that. This sort of customer service has led to worse anxiety than had I got taken the test in the first place. Take your money elsewhere. See More

Obviously your genes do not determine if you will have CANCER - I find it highly irresponsible to tr...igger possible brain obsession over a gene -- This sort of obsession has been linked to triggering genes... As a person thinks so they become. There is a serious disconnect in Science. The Psyche is very very powerful it can create healing or fear and disease... We need to be very careful with these tests. I had my genetic testing done through my doctor’s office but not all my family members have insurance that will cover that. Most important, Color Genomics provides protection under the HIPAA laws.
