Wow! I misread the turnaround times for acrylic prints when I ordered two images for an upcoming show. It was too late to cancel, but I contacted BayPhoto Supp...ort anyway. They couldn’t cancel the order, but said they would do their best to accommodate me. I went ahead and ordered two more regular prints from a local printer and took them to be framed, knowing they would be ready in time. Today I received my BayPhoto prints! I am so surprised and grateful. They really went above and beyond for me. And I am so pleased to be able to show these prints! After being with Pro DPI for 3 years, the company got bought out and the quality went down. I have ordered prints from several companies since trying to find a ...great lab that can live up to the quality I had in the past. I'm happy to say that I was very impressed by my first order with Bay Photo. As a photographer, color accuracy is a very important to me, and these prints were spot on! The cost was about twice what I expected. This was on my credit card so what can I do. I was led to believe the total cost would be roughly 94.00. They took 0ve...r 200.00 off my credit card and then I had to pay customs and duty above that. The piece will got get here in time for the show. After three years of excellent service from Bay Photo Lab it's past time for me to add to the positive reviews on this site. I've ordered different products and..., at times, had minor issues with quality control. Every time the products have been replaced quickly and the issues have been corrected. Most recently, I had placed an order a little too close to a deadline for comfort (but still technically within the advertised time-frame), chatted with their customer service when I saw it had not yet shipped, and they flagged the order for shipment that day and offered to ship overnight at no extra cost to me. This is not surprising to me. They consistently work to find ways to help when it is possible and stand behind their products (even if they are working out kinks with a new vendor). I don't expect perfection from a printer. There are too many variables (many of them caused by me). I have learned to expect excellence from Bay Photo, though. Thank you! הצג עוד

I want to thank all the folks at Bay Photo Lab for helping me out. I was doing a pro-bono job for a non-profit and I needed a set of 60 mini-accordion books tha...t were being given to the volunteers done quickly (long story). They expedited the order and got them to me for a party today.

The books are beautiful and they were a huge hit. I really want to thank everyone at Bay that helped get the books to me in time for the party today. Thank you SO much! I hope you get pay back in great karma!

I love Bay. I have used many labs while building my business and Bay is always my number 1. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. If I ever have issues, they ...resolve them, and they do it quickly. The quality of their work is great and has remained over the years. While I have complained to them about their free shipping packaging (with USPS), I still appreciate that they offer it. As an artist, my brand depends on their quality. And when I can have trust in a lab to be as dependable as Bay, it's a great feeling. Me, my camera and a lab on an island? Bay Photo. Our company (Workrite Ergonomics) printed acrylic prints, and so far are happy with the quality and turn around time. But one thing I would comment, the custome...r service is excellent. Last Friday, I emailed Bayphoto and mentioned that we are missing two standoffs. By Monday I've received standoffs replacement free of charge. What a service.
Definitely, I will recommend Bayphoto to people who visit our showroom here in Petaluma, CA and Chicago, IL.

Wow customer service is A+++. Got a metal print in the mail and it was bent. I'm assuming FedEx put something heavy on the box and bent the print. Emailed the photos to bayphoto. They are making me a new metal print. Free of charge. Couldn't be more happier.

Decided to order a test run of 3 different designed metal prints before we order 500 pieces of each.
Thank god I did that because this is probably the worst qua...lity I have ever received before.
On my end, the ad quality was perfect and followed every step needed, even the finished "preview" showed it perfect. What I received was smeared and blurry.

I've been getting my prints done through Bay Photo for about 4 years. I got to chat with some of them at Shutterfest and Lunacy. They've always been wonderful.... I recently started ordering my albums at Bay because the company I used to order from has decided they don't care about quality products anymore. I do lunar photography, and I recently tried Bay Photo for the first time. I ordered a metal print of one of my photos, received it recently, and am blown away ...by the quality. Prints and products are great. Too bad the software used to order is so cumbersome and not user friendly at all. So many times I've tried to order something and get so frustrated with the software I order from another provider.
