If you haven’t already, please visit Tableau Online upgrade page to learn how to authorize the IP addresses of the new DUB01 pod. This action is critical to ensure continued access to your cloud-hosted data after the migration.

The Tableau Online DUB01 environment will undergo a scheduled maintenance from Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 8:00 pm UTC to Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 4:00am UTC as well as Saturday, December 1, 2018, beginning at 8:00 pm UTC to December 2, 2018 at 4:00 am UTC. The work being performed is part of our initiative to migrate onto AWS infrastructure for greater stability and scalability.
During these maintenance windows, the DUB01 environment will be unavailable and extract refreshes scheduled during these times will be delayed. While we will be working to minimize the amount of impacted time to customers, users should anticipate that this work will take up to 8 hours to complete.
