Between 07:42 am to 08:52 am EST on Thursday, March 16, 2017 we experienced an issue impacting image-based CTAs loading on pages and blog posts. All button CTAs were not impacted by this issue. During this timeframe image-based CTAs rendered a default button CTA instead of their image. We have identified and resolved the underlying issue now and all CTAs should load correctly going forward.

Between 10:30AM and 11:15AM ET some HubSpot hosted images failed to be properly served on live COS hosted content. This issue primarily impacted any COS hosted image, containing width and height attributes, that relies on our internal Image Resizing Service. During this incident the service encountered an unexpected task which resulted in delayed responses from the service. The incident has been fully resolved and all COS hosted images and content should be loading as expected.

Between 08:19 am and 08:57 am ET on Thursday, March 9, 2017 some HubSpot Marketing customers may have seen issues loading lead flows and collected forms on their website. This issue impacted any HubSpot Marketing Free or Starter customers using the older website embed code (js.leadin.com) or any HubSpot Marketing Basic, Professional or Enterprise customers using lead flows on external (non-HubSpot COS) websites. We identified the issue was caused as a result of a change made to this legacy embed code and have since resolved the issue. No action needs to be taken by any HubSpot Marketing users, all versions of the embed code are working as expected now.
