I have following question about your induction cooktop HD4938 sold in India.
-The Wattage and Temp. values seem interrelated. eg, roughly 100ºC at 300W, 160ºC at 1000W and 270ºC at 2100W . Is my understanding correct?
-How long the product can operate at max. power? I want to know the endurance of the unit at max. & min. power. (eg, xx hours at 300W, yy hours at 2100W)
-Can I order one set from Korea? How can I buy?
Followings are my personal issues for which I seek your kind advice.
-According to local manufacturer's technical information, their 1800W radiant type cooktop can heat upto 500ºC at 1800W (Max.), 270ºC at 200W, 410ºC at 1000W, etc. and I don't understand how such high temp. can be obtained for ordinary cooktop. Please advise me of your opinion based on your expertise.
-What is the background of limiting the max. temperature to 270ºC for your product?
-Is it possible that a locked cooktop can be unlocked automatically without touching any sensor switches due to defect of chip or circuit board, etc.? If it is possible, what are the probable causes of such malfunction?

Sir, I am Manjunath.B, I complained TV problems, Display not coming, to your Philips customer care on 15/Jan/ 2017, same day I got a call from your Service engineer Mr. Dinesh Talwar ji, he visited our home and checked the TV condition, he told me that power supply and back lite circuits board not working and he will bring new spare parts of the same or he will repair the same circuit board.

Service engineer Mr. Dinesh Talwar,(he told me he is a authorized service men for Philips) he visited our home and checked the TV condition, he told me that power supply and back lite circuits board not working AND he replace power supply board and he charged service and repair charges 5750/- (Rupees Five thousand seven hundred and fifty cash) immediately we found TV display not repaired properly, for that Service engineer Mr. Dinesh Talwar told me that wait for 3 days then it will become automatically good ok or he will do repair work again, TV display is very bad only 50 % of display looks good and other area looks very dark and bad.
I request Philips to repair my TV properly
