Check customer ID/ User name!
Simply enter your 1&1 customer ID or a user name you have already created and click Check.
Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Please note:
You can find your 1&1 customer ID in your order confirmation, on your 1&1 invoices and in your bank statements. If you have already activated your 1&1 user name, you can also log in using the stored e-mail addresses.
