Prep your meals every now and then! Cook some mashed potato 🥔 rice 🍚 pasta 🍝 and with out flavoring them and always keep fruits 🍉🍎 🍌 nuts 🥜 around! I gained good weight by simply preparing my meals 🙏🏻
