I wish I’d never bought from this company. I waited in all day yesterday, my delivery slot was 6am-5pm... they turned up at 7.10pm & my evening plans were ruined. I have a faulty product, can’t wait to see what @ao say... go to Argos, I’ve learnt from my mistake #ao

We rang to talk about a faulty product delivered to us yesterday... the automated message said “your call will be answered in five minutes”... thirty minutes we waited for an operator to answer. #ao
