On a personal level taking off my company hat, I liked the paper receipts too! it is a very new system though so hopefully with a bit of tweaking it can be made to work for the better :) - Mark

I appreciate you can't physically tick it off on the app, and a few customers have mentioned this. We have asked for tick boxes on the digital receipt and hopefully this is something we can ad with a future update. - Mark

The request a refund option would show with each order, this will give you an option to tick anything missing or with an issue and it then gets reported directly back to us, we will be sure to pass your comments on internally regarding this. - Lars

Hi there, we no longer include these but they are available on the app or online, we can appreciate you may not be able to walk around with a desktop, but if you have the app, this should help you confirming your order on arrival. - Lars

Hi Tracey, we no longer send paper receipts I am sorry, but you can access the receipt from the app and just check the delivery with a mobile phone for example so you can still check everything is there without the need to print, I hope this helps. - Mark

As advised this is also to do with issues with our booking software and is something we have done for many years, I am sorry there is no way to book an earlier slot for this day then those you see on the website. - Mark

the reasons for this are to do with issues with our booking software and also that customers in the very early AM slots often don't make adjustments for this and we find some customers have slept through the slot or are not there when we arrive. 2/3
