‘FARAGEIST’: politician who spouts anti-European bilge, often claiming they have no choice because it is the ‘will of the people’ or the Daily Mail; and that this excuses them from exercising their judgement and seeking to lead, not follow, on matters vital to Britain’s future.

A tragedy of Brexit is watching great Labour colleagues, and Tories who used to be sensible on Europe, saying that black is now white & essentially lining up behind Farage, Redwood, Gove & Rees-Mogg. We simply can’t let this continue!

Very powerful! Ahead of Int'l next wk & 80yrs since Mussolini introduced Fascist-era laws, gives top honor to 87 yr old Liliana Segre, who survived Auschwitz & committed her life to teaching schoolchildren about the Holocaust!

Abbas rejection of every peace offer that has come his way. When will the int'l community (other than the U.S.) finally hold the Palestinian leadership accountable?

"The claims of some members that allegations of antisemitism within the Labour party should be dismissed as ‘slurs against the leadership’ are appalling and should be met with the contempt that they deserve.”

‘Diane Abbott has hailed the triumph of the Labour left’ What triumph?! Labour lost the election to possibly the worst Tory government in history. If losing not as badly as predicted is considered a triumph to the left, then Labour really is f**ked.

I agree with the Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow, people are not bound by the outcome of one vote on one day. In a democracy, people are allowed to change their position if new facts emerge.

RT : They are right: not least because, at 37% of the electorate which was anyway unjustly restricted, there never was a majority for Leave. We have been living through a coup since 24 June 2016. But we’ll stop it.

Very amusing to see the vitriol my diary has prompted, because I said something nice about Blair

Honestly, not content with editing a *Jewish newspaper*, you say something nice about Blair. I mean, how much more do you think these Corbynites can take?

Heat of summer, children running around playing, sweating, friends (and all boys) in shorts and tops showing arms & legs, 5 year old Muslim girls' arms covered, legs covered, not allowed to remove sweaty cloth from heads because some Islamic fundamentalists bullied the governors.

Extremely conservative men have just bullied a primary school into allowing girls as young as 4 to wear a hijab to school, therefore denying them any chance to ever experience life without one. Where are our crusading, brave, heroic Labour and women now? SILENT. Nothing.

The Palestinian Authority pays salaries to Palestinian terrorists. The more Jews they murder, the higher the salary.

The Bundestag, Germany's parliament, has voted to appoint a commissioner to combat antisemitism in the country; the body also condemned calls for boycotts against Israel as "unacceptable" and said Israel's security and right to exist are "nonnegotiable."
