Not every day we see a new type of Iranian ballistic missile. This one is new type - some believe to be a more accurate version of Qiam. Note the accuracy. Range and status of the missile are not yet known.

No, The Russian S-300 is NOT "wunderwaffe". Would Syria use it, I don't think that Almaz-Antey PR people will be to much pleased.

Russian MoD "details chronology of Il-20 downing" - a mix of old Soviet style lies and pathetic allegations against Israel. The truth is simple - POOR capabilities of Russian hardware, wrong handeling of IL-20 and Syrian rampage use of SAM.

Russia’s MOD will publish a report detailing the circumstances surrounding the downing of the Russian aircraft last week over Syria. They may give away confidential data given by IAF. If they publish false acount - nobody will correct them with the actual facts.

From my personal archive: the official press release issued by IAI after the successful launch of Israel's first satellite, 30 years ago. Note the logo of Israeli space agency next to that of IAI - in order to make the satellite "civilian".

Once "Top Secret", and now declasified: 30 years after its launch - the first Israeli satellite official drawing. Note the internal name: OZ (Courage) rather the public one, Okek (Horizon). Courtesy of IAI.
