As mentioned above, as none of the flights are operated by us, it is impossible to issue an revenue ticket with these combination. We would suggest you to contact Qatar's hotline instead. - Yuna

For your information, we are able to issue standalone infant tickets for redemption booking issued through other airlines but travelling with us, but not vice versa. - Yuna

Hi Luisina, since the flights on your ticket are all under Qatar, we are unable to issue a revenue ticket with all flights under other airlines. We would suggest you to check again with Qatar for building a standalone booking for your baby. - Yuna
