If you're able to, by all means, #DeleteFacebook. But deleting Facebook is not going to solve anything. For one, Facebook still tracks you even if you're not on Facebook. Also, it has over 2 billion users worldwide.
The only way to fix Facebook is to break it up and regulate it.

Understandable, but Facebook can lose 15 million users in the US and it won't matter all that much. Deleting Facebook is a personal choice, and probably a wise one.
