Je me félicite vivement que la libération sous caution de Diane Rwigara et de sa mère ait été acceptée par la Haute Cour de Kimihurura au Rwanda. C’est un développement positif qui s'inscrit dans un processus plus large dont on ne peut que se féliciter.
