. has no reason at all to step down. He’s been elected fairly and squarely and has every right to his seat at the table.

The mainstream media are confusing a lot of people it seems. The IHRA definition of antisemitism *HAS* been adopted, that’s correct. However, the provisions & caveats protecting debate around Israel are set to be discussed at next NEC meeting.

Now Labour has adopted the full IRHA definition of antisemitism, I’m sure that will now close the subject & people will stop criticising Jeremy Corbyn. Unless there’s more to it, of course!

99% of Labour members agree on the Israel/Antisemitism debate. We want: • A secure Israel • Zero Anti-semitism • A viable Palestinian State • The right to criticise Netanyahu's gvmnt • An end to illegal settlements Today, Jeremy Corbyn outlined proposals to achieve that.

...in which case all bets are off. If they are really that daft, let them be. Meanwhile, I shall be urging all members to rely on Geoffrey Robertson QC's legal opinion, should they be wrongly and/or vexatiously and maliciously accused. This needs to be resolved in Court.

Hi Jess. I’m a CLP chair in a constituency where we don’t even have Momentum. This week we debated the proposed rule changes re: selection, and support for the proposed changes was unanimous. This isn’t about Momentum. It really IS about party democracy and accountable MPs.

Before the Coalition in 2010 the Met had 33,367 officers. The Chancellor, aka George Osborne slashed police funding. Met officers are down to 30,871 in 2017. Osborne and the Tories have never understood

Were movies lying to me in my formative years? I always thought journos were heroically dashing off to major incidents or grilling the powerful for public benefit. Turns out they just take money from tax avoiders to cover up establishment wrongdoing & chastise public on Twitter

Waiting for media to call out Chris Williamson being subject to abuse in 5,4,3,2...oh wait, if you are on the left this is viewed as entirely fine.

At the request of a nice chap called Mr Rifkind, can I please point out Orthodox Jews of the UK include no Orthodox Jews in the way the term is used by anyone but them (the people using the term Orthodox Jews of the UK). Hope this clears things up 👍🏻

Quite a protest outside Labour HQ at the moment...no not the one the media are reporting on, the CAA turning up with a megaphone is only because they lack the support to get heard otherwise! The Pro-Palestine, anti-IHRA one numbers in the hundreds - quite something!

Piers Morgan tried to conflate being pro-Palestine with antisemitism, so I reminded him of the time he was accused of being an antisemite for speaking out on Gaza bombings. it's why clarification on the IHRA examples are so vitally needed. me on Good Morning Britain today.
