I’d suspect police/fire had a good indication quickly that the situation wasn’t serious, due to the fact that all of the buildings nearby (Hobby Lobby, Burlington, Kohl’s, etc) remained open during this entire situation. Glad it was resolved safely. twitter.com/IntelDoge/stat…
