What I recommend, is to call us on 03457 404 404 and ask my colleagues to provide you the reason why we are unable to investigate. There can be many reasons as to why we are unable to investigate, or we may be able to help. This is why I would like this looked into for you. ^SMM

It is strange that both the Credit Card and the Digital version on Apple Pay did not work. If you can speak with the LiveChat Team through Online banking or the call the Team on 03457 404 404 we can look further into this today. ^Stevie
