11am: is still creeping northward. A Tropical Storm Watch has replaced the Hurricane Watch for Kauai. Conditions are still expected to worsen as the day goes on and into overnight for Maui and Honolulu Counties, where tropical storm conditions have already been felt.

8 AM Update: has slowed moving North at 2 mph as rain bands will continue to overspread the Hawaiian Islands ahead of Lane. Over 30 inches of rain has already fallen at a couple locations on the windward side of the Big Island.
