Femmeforce

Femmeforce is our global women’s network that works to promote diversity, inclusion and equality throughout the company and to establish Salesforce as a leader in attracting, developing and retaining talented women. Members participate in networking events, job shadowing and mentoring, Lean In Circles, a speaker series and volunteer activities that support women, women’s and children’s initiatives, and so much more. Women in Technology

The Salesforce Women in Technology group provides a collaborative forum for men and women to work together to attract, develop, mentor, support, and retain women technologists. Members participate in regular meetups, volunteer activities and events like the annual Grace Hopper Conference. Boldforce

BOLDforce (Black Organization for Leadership and Development) is an Employee Resource Group (ERG) supported by Salesforce with the intention to grow and improve the company's African American community. BOLDforce provides a platform for employees of color to elevate their voices and develop their careers by creating a network of support and allies across the entire company. The group serves as a trusted advisor to the greater Salesforce community by facilitating conversations, and programs addressing race, diversity, and inclusion. BOLDforce also partners with organizations such as Black Girls Code, Year Up, and United for Success Academy to support diverse education and workforce development opportunities for underrepresented youth.

Latinoforce

Latinoforce provides its members a platform to facilitate personal and professional development by focusing on engagement and network expansion, aligning ourselves with our community outreach leaders, and focusing on employee development within Salesforce and its surrounding communities across the globe. Members participate in speaker events, roundtable lunches, and volunteer efforts with The Latino Community Foundation, Manos Accelerator, and Legal Services for Children.

Pacificforce

Pacificforce serves as a unifying resource and community for Salesforce employees with backgrounds and/or interests in the Asia-Pacific region and/or the Asian Pacific American population at large. Members participate in Pacificforce sponsored philanthropic events such as bone marrow drives with the Asian American Donor Program (AADP), public policy discussions with top Asia-Pacific focused academics and policy makers including the Asia Society and Young China Watchers, and have fun at our frequent happy hours and cultural events such as the Diwali and Lunar New Year festivals. Pacificforce plays a leadership role at Salesforce, in San Francisco, and beyond.
