Anyway, something could be improved: 1) it could not be enough to get the 1st page of google for 300 words written in the content; 2) keyword density for many SEOs doesn't seem to be a ranking factor anymore. 3) if I write a keyword with an apostrophe " ' " or with a short word (like of, in, an, for, etc) and I don't put the sign or the short word in the seo title or in the introduction, it says that the exact keyword is not there. These 3 factors are evaluated for the green/yellow/red semaphore as writing new posts, but in my opinion these 3 factors should be better contextualized or deleted.

Wrong with Ryte about homepage NOT indexable

Using Ryte ( Yoast strong partner). Which is totaly WRONG and messy. Despite the great features of Yoast ( excepted dashboard complicated interface ) I put 2 stars because of Ryte and user interface. WHY ? Because I consider YOAST as responsible for his partnership, it is featured as the great tool inside. At first I thought it was good and solid. BUT NO. It keeps on telling me that my Index page / same as domain is Not indexable. Well : IT IS. 1/Checked on Google. 2/header returns 200. 3/Other Checker Tools confirm that it is. But with Ryte : NO WAY to find out why. Correct Canonical URL tag is there. Correct in Google console. Tells me that : index Passes all Pagerank BUT Throws ERROR RED NOT indexable with a column mentioning : Canonicalized Then in details it gets WORSE : Status Code 200 Indexable No No support or way to find out more, why and how I can remedy to this. My site is redirected 301 for http to https. The index.php is redirecting to .com/ ( with suffix for cleaner visual ) Meta canonical is set to mysite.com/ Header is good. Mmeta is fine. Everything is fine.For years. What a loss of time. What a lack of explanation. What a stress.

By now you probably know the 11.x releases of Yoast SEO are all about Schema. In this release, we’ve enabled the possibility to use to use a subset of HTML tags in the FAQ and HowTo blocks! Find out all about Yoast SEO 11.7 in our 11.7 release post!

  • Allows a subset of HTML tags in FAQ answer, HowTo description and HowToStep description schema output: <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, <h4>, <h5>, <h6>, <br>, <ol>, <ul>, <li>, <a>, <p>, <b>, <strong>, <i>, <em>, and their closing counterparts.
  • Remove the noindex from feeds as this causes issues for podcasts and other feeds.
  • Improves the accessibility of the horizontal tabs in the metabox by implementing an ARIA tabbed user interface.

バグ修正:

  • Fixes a bug where the avatar in the knowledge graph settings would incorrectly overwrite the default user profile picture.

Release Date: July 9th, 2019

Yoast SEO 11.6 is out today. Of course, we did the regular round of bug fixing, but the focus of this release is two-fold: a new, much easier to use tabbed interface for the meta box and an updated HowTo structured data content block for WordPress.   • Changes the tabs in the metabox to horizontal tabs.
  • Splits the content optimization tab in the metabox into two separate tabs: an SEO and a Readability tab.
  • Updates HowTo schema output to reflect Google’s new guidelines.
  • Makes sure the media modal that is triggered for image uploads only displays images.

バグ修正:

  • Fixes a bug where the Schema @id for Person would be incorrect on posts when author archives where disabled.
  • Fixes a bug where the Schema would contain WebPage instead of CollectionPage for a latest posts homepage and the static posts page type.
  • Fixes a bug where the Organization and Article Schema nodes would incorrectly be output when a website had not set their organization’s name and/or logo.
  • Fixes a bug where the eye marker tooltips would break out of the metabox, which would hide the last part of the tooltip text.
  • Fixes a bug where instances of unfiltered HTML would be allowed in term descriptions where they shouldn’t be.
