Stefan Eichhorn: Hi John, siehst du es als schwerwiegendes Problem für den Google Crawler an, wenn URLs die als noindex gekennzeichnet sind (unabsichtlich) in der Sitemap enthalten sind oder ist dies eher nur ein kleines "kosmetisches" Problem (auf welches in der GSC hingewiesen wird)? Welche Nachteile könnte es mit sich führen, wenn noindex-URLs in der Sitemap-Datei enthalten sind?

is the item type "Service" (Thing - Intangible - Service) supported by G for reviews/ratings? Review-Guidelines mention "services" but the list of supported item types doesn't include "Service". At productforums.google.com - schema.org/Service + schema.org/Plumber Google forum says, "it CAN be ignored" - depending on what?

Is it true that G can deal with JSON-LD-markup, which is in an external file, loading after the page has loaded? I guess JSON-LD code in the page head does not influence loading time, but for some reason it may be a good idea to place it to the very end of source code, as "last action".

Rest Right Mattress: I had another questions, I watched the Nov 13th video about the 200 factors on SEO. Do you know where a list that is newly updated list is on the factors?

Justinas Kundrotas: Hi +John Mueller and others! I'm permanent spectator and a big fan of your Google Webmaster Hangouts. This time I'm representing Lithuanian eye surgery clinic Lirema (www.lirema.lt or www.lirema.com), this is leading clinic in Lithuania, first of its kind in our country. Long years we had leading positions (1-5) in our target Google search niches (lirema.lt / Google.lt). And now we have severe problems - lirema.lt and lirema.se websites were hit by Google's Medic Update back in August 2018, and still not even showing signs of recovery, it even becomes much more worse - our main landing pages are constantly dropping and we cannot understand why - no significant changes were made except for domain change (which is new, without any history). We migrated to it recently after the major ranking drop caused by Google Medic Update (from akiuklinika.lt to lirema.lt), and that was the only bigger change these days. There is a competitor who copied some of our popular content to their website, and Google recognises them as original source for it (because our identical content pages are filtered out from Google results). Now we are trying to identify possible ways to recover from this very unpleasant situation.
So, here are three assumptions we actually have, could you please take a look at them and give us your comments. Let's take lirema.lt only for this. We are very thankful for it!

Assumption No.1 - Google Penalty

We do not see any manual penalty in GSC. But when we search for our brand name [Lirema], our homepage (https://lirema.lt) comes only in 7th position. See http://bit.ly/2K6FpGO. Also, when we search for [brand]+[some our service name], e.g. [lirema kataraktos operacija], see http://bit.ly/2DJfiFI, our targer service landing page (https://lirema.lt/paslaugos/kataraktos-operacija/) comes only in 18th position. Do you think these may be signs of algorithmic penalty or other quality related issues?

Assumption No.2 - Rendering Issues

Another issue we have identified is with Google's "Fetch and Render" tool results - see screenshot included.

It's hard to notice by looking at the screenshot only, but in short - only top content block - Revolution Slider - is seen by this tool (both cases - Googlebot and Human), I'm wondering why this is happening as no JS/CSS files are blocked. And do you think this may cause ranking problems for us?

Assumption No.3 - E-A-T

We have already created strategy in order to meet E-A-T requirements declared in Google Human Raters guidelines. We actually do not think that we have such severe issues with it, but still we plan to increase our content quality and work with offsite quality-related tasks.

Susan Hanasab: Some companies show twice consecutively on page one for a main keyword. For example for Keywords "Christmas Gifts" uncommongood shows twice on page one consecutively. And GoodHouseKeeping shows twice on page 2. Also a newspaper such as theAtlantic shows almost always on page one. Can you please advise why that is the case? Thank you.
