After several days of confusing issues with the integration of Maxcdn into my website all self-induced, by the way, I had the opportunity to chat then was able to speak with a support technician in Se...rbia named Daniel who in my opinion went above and beyond to not only fix my site integration issues but took the time to educate me better to where I would need to "sweat the load" for lack of better words the simple non-issues. Thanks, Daniel and Maxcdn....he deserves a pat on the back and probably a pay raise after having to deal with me...... הצג עוד

Not only is MaxCDN terrible but their cancellation policy is horrendous! I cancelled 1.5 years ago and they just started sending me invoices again, said they rep only paused my account and didn't canc...el it. Then they had a huge process i had to go through to cancel which included speaking with someone. I have better things to spend time on than cancelling something that should of been cancelled 1.5 years ago. הצג עוד

Max CDN quite honestly has the best customer support I've experienced since opening my site. Veljko Mirkovic and the Max CDN team are amazingly thorough and their response time is very fast. They jump... through fire to make you happy. It makes me sad that I can't receive this kind of support with all the companies involved in my business dealings. What's WRONG with your cdn? Images are intermittently missing from website and automatically after 5 hours it appearing and again it will disappear. Also the css colour codes we used not working. We f...aced this problem more than 12 times since we used from 6 months. Why like this? Don't you have any responsibility to keep the service up and running? הצג עוד

Don't seem to be interested in fixing up the font issue in Firefox. Keep just getting "broken" text stuff, where the font is on the wrong domain. Emailed them, and they said its just a FF issue - and ...I had to just deal with it. I'm a developer, and know full well it CAN be fixed - as I do it all the time- sort it out! Makes using the CP so hard to use, as you don't know what you're clicking on! הצג עוד

MaxCDN is a phenomenal service. The customer service is by far above the norm, and that has been a big part of why I love them so much. The team of guys is always ready to help answer questions, and... also they will even answer questions outside the realm of their business if they see that it would be of help to understanding how their service can help you and your business website reach people across the world as fast as possible. Thanks MaxCDN for all your hard work to make my website the best it can be...you guys are top notch. MaxCDN makes the setup super easy. Their support is EXCELLENT! I've used the live help twice now and received immediate service and more importantly the RIGHT answers. I think everyone has experienced... calling a support line and getting no results. MaxCDN has been able to tell me how to fix my issues or resolve them for me within a matter of minutes. WOW. So glad I found this company. If I could afford it I would have hired Jovan Katic on the spot. He was incredibly helpful and faster than a Ninja on answers. Can't wait to get my other sites on their CDN.

MaxCDN is super simple to setup, the documentation is great, reporting is outstanding, and the online support reps know what they are talking about and take the time to explain things in layman terms.

A message from StackPath CEO, Lance Crosby on our 2nd Anniversary.

"Today is an important day. On 05/05/05, I went to breakfast with 9 other coworkers and we d...ecided to resign and start SoftLayer. We ended up creating one of the first cloud companies in the world and sold it to IBM for $2.1 Billion in 2013. I went on to work at IBM for about two years. It was one incredible ride. I made lifelong friends, learned an incredible amount and made more money than I dreamed about in a lifetime. A company we started in my living room is the cloud platform for the oldest and one of the largest technology companies in the world.

After leaving IBM, I decided to create another company, this time focused on making the internet safe. Some call it cloud cyber-security. We formed StackPath on 05/05/15, 13 of us to be exact, on the 10th anniversary of SoftLayer. Some SLayers and several new faces from the industry. In just two short years, we are 400+ members in our StackPack, built a global backbone, launched cutting edge services and amassed 500k+ customers. I can't wait to see what the future holds for StackPath in 05/05/25."
