Some work I’ve done.
I’m a web designer, and I help companies make beautiful things that work everywhere. As you might imagine, my practice focuses on responsive, device-agnostic interfaces; on designing for both performance and accessibility; and on creating digital design systems.
Basically, I enjoy working on difficult design problems alongside good, thoughtful people. Have any questions about the work I’ve done? Let’s chat.
A few things I’ve worked on:
My clients have often hired me for in-house presentations, one-day workshops, week-long sprints or audits, or for ongoing consulting projects. I tend to focus on these topics:
Responsive design
I know I coined the term, but I still enjoy designing web sites and services that work everywhere, for clients big and small. If you need a visual designer or a front-end developer—or both!—I can help.
Pattern libraries & design systems
My design process has gotten much, much more modular over the years—and I’m guessing yours has, too. I’ve worked on various pattern-driven projects for clients: from defining their first pattern library, to creating cross-product design systems.
Workshops & training
Say you’ve already got a crackerjack team of digital designers and developers. Let’s also say they’re taking on their first big multi-device project. I’ll provide the training and guidance that’ll help your teams do their best work.
Performance & accessibility
Designing for the web means our sites should be usable anywhere, on any device, by everyone. If your pages are a little too slow, or if your product’s dealing with some accessibility challenges, let’s work on those issues together.
