Investigating - On December 15th, 2016, beginning around 11:00 UTC, our engineers identified an issue with delayed BGP info impacting the II-Transit and Topology platforms and are working to correct the issue at this time. Customers may not receive daily emails and may notice that some data is delayed. Performance alarms remain operational.

No impact to Dyn Managed DNS Nameserver or Peripheral Infrastructure is expected. Some customers in the region using Dyn Managed DNS, Dyn Managed DNS for Hosting, Dyn Standard DNS, or Dyn Remote Access may experience additional DNS query latency as traffic is routed to other sites.

On Thursday, December 22, 2016, between 10:00 and 11:00 UTC Dyn will be utilizing an emergency maintenance window to perform maintenance on the internal database architecture utilized by Dyn Managed DNS. During this time, web portal, API access, and failover services included with Traffic Director and Traffic Manager services will be unavailable. We do not recommend that customers make any configuration changes in response to this maintenance.
DNS resolution will not be affected by this maintenance.

On December 22nd, 2016 between 06:20 UTC and 08:00 UTC, Neustar reported a service issue that affected their domain registration platform. During this period customers may have been unable to update, renew or purchase .biz TLD domains through Dyn. The issue has been resolved and no further impact is expected.
