  Ninety-two percent of working age military spouses are women. Many states have laws to make it easier for military spouses who are relocating. By improving the portability of occupational licenses, more women will have the ability to remain in, and access, family sustaining jobs.

  The Women in Apprenticeship and Nontraditional Occupations (WANTO) grant helps to expand pathways for women to enter in, and lead in, all industries.
