Day 2 of the 'Lee Labrada 12 Wk LeanBody Challenge' is 'Chest, Shoulders & Triceps' time. Starting with Incline Barbell Chest Press for 2 Sets of 12 Reps, with 140lbs, followed by 1 Set to failure....the briefest of 45 Second Break and then we're hitting 2 x 12 Reps of Incline Dumbbell Flyes with 40lbs.....then the last set to failure. Shoulder Press with 25lbs for 12 Reps again, again on the 3rd set to failure for 15 Reps then on Lateral Raises with 15lb weights and the same Rep ranges.... Then hitting 25lb Lying Tricep Presses for Sets of 12 Reps and finishing off with 15 Reps to failure... Not content with that we hit 2 Sets of 12 Reps for Tricep Dips and a final set of 25 Reps.... Good pump!! Music comes from John Cougar Mellencanp and his brilliant 'The Rest That I Can Do : '78-'88' compilation album. 😎😎

Leg day on a Monday. This song had me so pumped that I went 160 x12 for 3 on knee squats. Wasn't feelin' it at first...but the support from my man @6chuck carried me through 😍💯💪💣💥
