Please enable Change Data Capture in Azure SQL. Very important feature that allows tracking version info about DB tables.
In SQL server right click on the table then create to, alter to some specific functionality is there. some of these are missing in the Azure Sql. If it is giving template for Create table, create SP, Create view, trigger it will be more usefull in the real world. Since Azure gonna be the upcoming technology with all the features in the Future.
if we have payment option on Reservation like in AWS, it will be good for large instance payment. for example- i have H-Series instance and wanted reserved it for 3 year which will cost approx USD $12K. which is huge amount. if we have option to pay in monthly base that would be good. you can make different charges for every options. eg. for H8 effective price PAYG = US$1.62/hours than, No upfront: US $1.60/hours Partial Upfront" 50% as partial payment and 50% in hours base (US$ 1.00/hours) All upfront: Full payment in Advance US$0.60/hours

Continue Azure offering free for Developers
After February 1st 2010, it's going to be tough for developers/freelancers/hobbiest to learn, test and deploy azure applications as it's going to be billed for everything. Like Google AppEngine (http://code.google.com/appengine/whyappengine.html#norisk) Azure should provide free offering for developers with some similar limitations and if the usage goes beyond, one can enter in billing.

Reduce cloud costs, specifically storage and bandwidth
Cloud computing might be tempting when you are just starting a company because you don't need to worry about having your own infrastructure. But as you host more and more storage and demand more and more bandwidth, the current cost per GB models become pricey. There is a now-popular analogy between cars and the cloud. The current cloud offering is advantageous when you rent a car from city A to city B, but if you are traveling too often, you better buy your own. All the hype around cloud computing set aside, if the cloud is aiming at the next big thing for businesses, it better be cheaper!! Cheaper for especially large companies. When is Windows Azure going to cost less? At least, Amazon has a better-looking model in which they reduce per GB costs when the consumption rate is over a specific number. MS should provide a better solution to all-MS .NET developers.
ensure all documents that have AZ CLI examples also have PowerShell Examples
There are many pages of documents that have only AZ CLI examples for them. For a PowerShell user this is not exactly helpful and reduces the capability of IT Pro's & Dev's to get to grips with these newer offerings Therefore please make it a requirement to have PowerShell Examples listed next to any AZ CLI examples so that those that are comfortable with PowerShell I have raised a GitHub Issue to have this tracked as well https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues/13162#issuecomment-411907216
Could you please support availability zones with AKS?
Allow provisioned VM pricing to be altered to add software licensing without reprovisioning
As an Azure VM user/administrator, I would like to be able to take an existing VM priced at one rate, and "upgrade" the pricing to include licensing for products installed after provisioning. I would like this to provide flexibility (e.g., if I want to install SQL Server on a Windows priced VM, without losing install/configuration work already undertaken on that VM and without independently licensing SQL; or if I want to add BizTalk to a Win/SQL-priced VM). I would also like this to allow simplified compliance (e.g., a Windows-priced VM is found to have SQL Server installed after provisioning), to allow upgraded/hourly pricing to be applied to an existing VM to reflect installed Microsoft products (at least).
