Hey!! I have had a really great experience in Uber all these days. I really love your services. But I feel u should do something to help the driver identify his customers. Just today I booked a cab and even b4 I got on I received a message dat I was on my way. Only then I found out that the can had picked up another person instead of me.if I hadn't noticed I would have missed my cab. Please do look into this issue soon.

Previously I had issue with logging in so I had to reset my account after resetting my account in payment mode I am not able to add my debit card it says there is a payment due. Probably before resetting my account I have hired a cab from uttarahalli bus stand to majestic. So how can I make that payment now??? My account has been reset. Please help me regarding the issue

I love this service, but the app could be improved. I don't like that when I schedule a ride, the app shows me one price but that the actual price can be totally different from what you expected, based on surge pricing. I think there should be a way to guarantee a price limit. The app is terrible at estimating arrival time when there is traffic. Also, Uber should pay drivers much better, at least in Mexico, by taking less commission.
Traveling from my hostel to Chiang Mai international airport cost about 100 Baht by taxi, Uber was asking 200 Baht. But they were offering this "congratulations! You have 60 Bath discount" deal. Uber I believe usually does that, first jacks up the price and then says "you have a discount, go ahead and use it" Not very honest.

This app is getting annoying. Its an app for booking rides, so shld stick to that as the primary function. Instead, half of the screen is now filled up with advertisements like its new Visa card etc and no way of disabling. I've now moved on to use Lyft instead of tolerating with Uber advertisements!

I used Uber all the time. I used love using it and trusted it. Until uber mislead me and charged me $500 for 2 short rides in 1 day. Customer support is unhelpful and come up with poor excuses. Uber lost my business. re: Now uber reply to my review and sent me a link to technical support. Ends up it's still the poor customer support service I dealt with from the start.

Please, remove rating from the profile. It's really frustrating when you see how it's going down for 0.01 and you don't know why. You was in time, polite and so on. And you trying to guess - what is wrong with me? Distance was too short? Or I told something wrong to driver? Or, maybe, he did it because of bad weather or mood.

The latest update makes the app very confusing to use. I can even search for a can for longer than the usual amount of time, like for more than half an hour and still not end up with a cab. I am able to search 2 cabs at once. Sometime ago, maybe because of the hack, I was being offered 5* rating cabs immediately and trip already starts by the time the driver is found. There is a bunch to fix. The old app was better. Service as usual continues to be pleasing.

I had been looking forward to the ability to add multiple destinations. Finally it was added to the app only for it not to work on my phone (Moto G4). Once you click the + button, the confirm pickup button disappears, and does not return, no matter how many destinations you add. So I'm back to the old routine of submitting one destination, then changing to the next 30 seconds before arrival.

Be sure to do this for the best usage of the Uber app. I'm in US, and had used Uber for 1time only. It has been 6 months I didn't use it. And today I received many payments from Uber driver from UK. I had to block my bank and confirm with the bank to get back my money. This app was so easy to hack. They hack my information and used it illegally from other country. And Uber company still let it happen. Very disappointing.
The app is not showing the schedule option when i wanna pre-book a ride. After trying many times then oni button appears. And it doesnt show the rider upon schedule. This makes it difficult to be assured whether rider is coming. Also once the pickup time is set rider isnt on time. App should choose riders within the area to ensure they arrive within pick up time. Pls fix

Thieving drivers and horrible Customer Service. You cant even call anyone. Ive had Uber for about a year and I've had constant bad experiences. But my patience has finally warned thin. The drivers love to get free 5 bucks from you. You could be standing in front of your driver and they cancel and drive away not even a minute after waiting. After 3 requests in a row after waiting for 20 minutes I finally get driven to my destination. I reported this and Uber defended their drivers. Having 10 bucks stolen from me is not something I can tolerate.
Reserve a ride to SFO airport from Bay Area, driver arrives across the street from me and cancels. I have to reserve again, the fare goes up. Driver doesn't want to talk about it. That's shady. But in general I have had good experiences with the service.

One case i recived an additional $12 on top of an already 2.5x on normal price. Second time i scheduled a ride the price surcharged while i enter the car. That means i didn't have the chance to cancel that ride and call a normal cab,and saw how much i paid just when arrived at destination. I paid $62 for a 15k ride. What do u think?! I ll never use it again unless u guys stop ripping ppl off

Hi Giovanna, scheduled Rides are priced exactly like a normal ride and subject to pricing conditions at the future time when the booking is confirmed. Surge pricing may apply. You will be notified if surge pricing is in effect before you ride and be given an option to cancel without a cancellation fee. Questions? send a note to t.uber.com/contact. Uber customer grievance support system sucks. They just throw up automated messages against your grievance. I doubt, robots would be handling the grievances rather real humans. And for god sake, don't throw up automated messages here also. Would definitely switch to Ola, if this attitude of Uber persists.

Why don't Uber have customer support service to attend to rider's concerns. Driver takes a long route and I ended up paying many folds of the estimated price. It shows more than 20 mins for arrival to pickup and I cancel and I get charged.
Worst app UI. Volatile settings, worst Google map integration, worst save location (no drag and drop support), No scheduling offered. I simply book cabs using Google maps, not via this app

And that was fine, today i wake up and order my normal uber and the fare shot up to 93.00. I can't do that everyday so i will no longer be using uber at all. Thank you for the ridiculous and insane fare jump.

Very thankful for the service when there was no public transport available. Only one complaint that I thought that the 1st ride will be free but I didn't receive that.
Doesn't really make sense to increase fare, when the uber driver takes forever or goes to different pinpoint on GPS, uber should really make it fair for everybody. 11$ to get to my house 7min away isn't fair when I have to wait like 15min for a ride to get to my location

The first was great, driver was friendly and drove well. Second, our payment was not only double the first trip (SAME destination, reversed), but it was double with the discount. The second driver also drove recklessly, was rude, and many times drove contrary to the GPS. Will not use uber again unless have no choice but to.

Waited for 15 minutes got a call that the road is blocked, got another call that there is no signal, got a third person to drive me and charged double fare although the traffic to Heathrow was really low. First time with uber, very disappointing.

Some of my friends refuse to use Uber because they don't want to get in a car with a stranger, who can just take you anywhere. Why can't Uber have a notify-a-friend-which-Uber-you-will-get-in feature? With this feature, the passengers would feel safer choosing Uber over a taxi, and the potential evil drivers will have one more thing to worry about before they commit a terrible crime.
This app didn't work for me after linking PayPal AC. Kept saying in app error when trying to book. Wouldn't allow adding card payment option. No direct customer service uber help is rubbish no customer service. Just alerts that yr account accessed by another terminal.
Uber app not at all USERFRIENDLY. Bought new phone trying to login, it's acting weird, even after resetting my password, this crap app showing wrong password. There is a new hotel near my office who started his own app with login, that is USERFRIENDLY than this so-Called global company😡😡
After requesting a ride and waiting at the street for 30 min. They are telling you did not pay the caption ???? It happen twice already the first time I paid I thought it is my issue... the second never and I don't recommend this crazy app at all.
Estimate was 6 euros. Took even shorter route and trip still cost us 9e. Sadly first time using this app was my last one. Somehow small local taxi apps manage to callculate trip prices more accurately and be twice as cheap.

The amount shown on the rider's device is the estimate amount calculated before the trip. After the ride has concluded, the amount shown on the driver's device is the actual amount to be paid. The fare can differ due to change in routes, traffic conditions or time taken. However, we want to look into this, please send a note to t.uber.com/contact. It's more than ones I have been charged more than my trip receipt charges. Upon complaining uber doesn't take any action on the drivers and above all do not even bother to refund the high amount of cash. Duping loyal and long time customers is becoming a trend for uber now. Very disappointed.

He should have taken the money from me which was already showing on my phone. I was shocked at that time when he was showing me something different amount, I was thinking about how can be possible to increase that much of💰. I didn't had other options to confirm. And he talked to me rudely... And he did not reach my place where I should have reached. I informed him also but he did not respond and he ignored and I was showing him on my phone that I should reach where I should not have reached there yet.
