Ok, but not great. App has required me to re-authorize my cards 4 or 5 times now. Most of the time I didn't know this until I went to make a payment, so I ended up having to pull out my card anyway. So now I just don't even bother to try anymore.

Android Pay is great when it works but it fails too often, about one week every 3 month at my local supermarket. Last error since a few days "you can use only one card" on the terminal ! I understand that not all bugs may originate from Google but you should help improve the ecosystem. Pay should be reliable or it's a toy.

Works great!! Update: unfortunately Android Pay joined Google's infamous list of spammy apps. Your credit card doesn't spam you. Stick with it and avoid getting ad notifications.

Sometimes when this app gets updated, I have to add my credit cards again and I hate it.

So far all working well and my bank gives me insensitives to use it on $20 and above.

Fast and easy way to make payments (if more merchants actually support tap from mobile). Convenient to store all your loyalty cards in one place (stores as barcode, so I trust it enough to not carry physical cards with me). Just one annoying issue, the app often doesn't detect screen rotations.

Addicted. It is so fast and easy. Now that it supports PayPal, it is almost universal. I tried it for giggles once I discovered the PayPal option because my bank was really ticking me off by supporting Apple Pay for a long time but still not this(Apple probably paid them off). But I already had my card in PayPal and this linked very easily to PayPal, essentially making my debit card compatible.

I JUST GOT YELLED AT BY A LINE OF PEOPLE AT THE GROCERY STORE FOR THE ADS IN THIS APP!!! I get that you need to make money, but the ads blocked my ability to check out in time. Full screen ad with a hidden exit x made it impossible to pay swiftly. Luckily, there is an opt out button, but I never opted in. If this happens again, I am changing mobile payment platforms.

I am using google wallets/Android pay since the beginning. It's came out pretty long time ago, I thought people more people would be using since Apple pay is almost same. So when I go to mall , I take out my phone and use the Android pay for payment methods. Employees are like super surprised and tells me "wow cool I never seen it before" "what is this can I use it" lol I

I only got to use the app once before I was requested to review it. But, now I've used it a few times I can say that it works flawlessly! I used it for the first time in my local Morrison's store, I just waved my phone over the terminal once and that was it done. Brilliant! I'll definitely be using it in the future, it so much easier than using my debit card.

This app is so handy and I really want to rate it higher but one thing missing is an OPTION (only an option and not even a default option at that) to require the phone be unlocked before it can be used. That would give the more security conscious of us more peace of mind that if ever the phone was list or stolen, neither would our money be stolen. Please give us that option.

When I first install this app because my Bank suggested it, I thought it would be very complex to use because it doesn't have button to initiate payment. But when first use it. Ow man. It's so simple and fast. I don't need to open the app. Even when im chatting, playing games or making phone call. I can still pay!!!. All i need to do is simply tap my phone while it's unlocked. Very easy and fast. I can review transaction history both on this app and on my banking app or internet banking. Also i learned that it did not reveal my card number. I mostly just turn my nfc setting on and off just for the sake of habit on having to press on something before paying, similar treatment i did to wifi connection. Although I suppose that won't be necessary, it's just the matter of preference on handling the app.

Really convenient alternative to routing around for a card. However there are a couple of functionality issues: - When "opening an envelope" the animation occasionally gets stuck in a loop. -Really could do with providing clearer more regular receipts and reports on spending The later can really result in a nervous customer experience and potentially awkward conversations with store staff. Overall - Good app, just a few functionality tweaks to make it great.

Although i wanted to use samsung pay, there's no app in android market. So i tried to use it today. And it is great experience. However ive still concerned security ------- + i found samsung pay in galaxy store. I dont know why they separate this app. I'm gonna replace to samsung application because it is not working at some store due to weak signal. But ive used it comfortably except for that problem.

v1.36 -Using this as envisioned is still a work in progress. Some credit cards integrate easily while others struggle and require phone call coordination. Integration of pay station module with capability is still spotty. Of those that are capable, some work seamlessly and reliably whiles others do not. With all that being said, I still like this app regardless of those issues. I especially like not having to carry around all of my store account cards and gift cards.

Works fine. The "Justice League" promotion is a bit rubbish. "Sharing" option doesnt include any images so it results in text only Facebook posts. Once youve tried sharing to Facebook it is stuck on that network and you can't share anywhere else. Characters don't register even when they are unlocked. So a bit pointless.

It's great when it works. I was unable to use Android pay for several months. Google was unable to figure it out after supposedly working the problem for several weeks. As it turns out, I got a new phone and that fixed the problem. I was only unable to use it with one of my credit cards. It would work with any other card but the one that didn't work was my cash back card and the one I always use. But I can't afford to buy a new phone every time. And that wasn't the first time it had happened. So far so good with the new phone. Fingers crossed!!

The app works exactly as advertised! One day I had trouble getting my card to read, so I quickly used to app and solved my problems instantly. Only complaint is that it requires you to have a lock screen, and that wastes so much time. Wish there was an opt out option.

Unfortunately I am one of the many people that is now unable to use the app after updating my Samsung Galaxy S8 to the latest software from Samsung. I now get a message saying my phone is modified or rooted which is completely incorrect as it's running the latest stock that was picked up and installed automatically two days ago. Please fix this issue so I can give it 5 stars. This is a great app when it's working correctly

Only one thing I can say total piss off. I sort out this to make my life easier. I don't care about turning phone on to pay, because it is there for security reasons, but what I really care about is that I have been charged much more money than my usual credit card when I touch it in London underground also seems to me that I have been charged for using bus in the day when I went home from work by tube. What is going on? I don't have interest to pay by this app if I have to be charged more money than I have to, or when I do not use it. Are you kidding me. I went from Walthamstow Central to Stockwell for £4,80. Insane!

Works flawlessly, no more stupid cards, just tap and go. I'm very happy because I've waited so long for my bank to join the program. Very safe, too. If your phone is lost or stolen you'd have to be a God to hack the app. Highly recommended.

I am not a fan of being required to lock my phone to use the app. I preferred putting in a pin for the app and, though it sounds odd, I prefer the slide feature on my phone as opposed to locking it. I can secure phone remotely if needed and frequently use the slide widget for notifications. I am unable to use it when I am required to lock my phone, and as infrequent as I used Google Wallet (while was admittedly awesome) is not worth hindering my productivity. Build in a lock on the app and I'll return. EDIT: After some good technology updates and now with my phone being able to unlock via fingerprint, this is my go-to payment. Love it!

You'll be lucky if you can load your card. Capital One app won't load, says 'item not found.' Yes, I have app on my phone, problem is either capital one changed their API reference that pay uses to init the login, or pay is broken (betting on pay is broken)

Fast fast fast and simple when accepted. I feel "cool" when I use it. When I pull out my cell phone and draw it near the credit card machine people in line start looking at me with their beady little eyes in contempt, yet when they see how fast I'm out of line they cheer in amazement, and whisper in envy.

For some reason Amex doesn't work in some shops that take Amex, would appreciate a more instant way to switch, i.e. Automatically suggest a second card. Also payments over £30 require my fingerprint but can't seem to pre auth these, so it declines, requests fingerprint and then have to go again, some shops give you attitude telling you its too much like you're and idiot.

Tried to add my debt card but it's not supported. I had it on Google wallet forever. Now I can't pay with my phone since the new wallet doesn't support tap to pay. It's almost 2018 and citizens Bank is not supported. One of the largest banks in the north east

No more fumbling around to get the right card or the hassle of dealing with cash. It's quick, convenient and reliable. Your phone is always within reach if not already in your hand so it just makes sense to use your phone, plus the constant rewards are a nice bonus...

I loved google wallet for years, I was able to place any card I wanted from any bank, and it worked excellent every time. I won't be using android pay until they correct one issue that bothers me..... back when I was using google wallet, I was able to secure that app with a passcode and it would be good enough to keep it secure...... now android pay takes direct charge of my phone and demands a password protection of the device or I can't have use of the app.... I don't like this because I use the LG G4 and I happen to like the soda animation on the lock screen, which gets voided out because of the password protection...... so in short, google secure the app, not the whole OS and maybe I will go back to using this service, if not..... well LG pay might be something I'm looking forward to or maybe try samsung wallet.

Definitely could use more maturing before it becomes a widely accepted. Last time I successfully used it I asked the cashier if they accepted Android Pay, and she just gave me a dumb look before asking me if I meant Apple Pay. The app is amazing and one of the most secure ways to pay since the merchant has no way to access your card number, make a copy, or read the transaction.

It was fast and easy. If you ever forget your wallet or soley want to carry your phone, this is the perfect solution. Too bad all merchants don't have this option to pay... it would really lighten my purse load.

Unreliable I like the convenience but after moving from flawless applepay on iPhone I have been really disappointed in the unreliability of AndroidPay. I have had to reinstall twice as it only works intermittently and never on London buses. I would try out SamsungPay but they barely have any UK banks on board. So I'm stuck with this I like the incentives (Gregg's and M&S vouchers so far) so I'll keep trying but please work on reliability!

I love the idea of tbis but sadly it's a hit or a miss. I have used it with success but also it has refused to work. Not sure if it's the machines that are the issue or the app but it is a bit frustrating especially if you forget your wallet. So I do not have full confidence in it

It has worked well the few times I have used it and I'm starting to love it. Makes shopping a lot easier as you can purchase stuff even when you don't have your wallet at hand. (Which is kind of dangerous to be honest)

Wish it supported more canadian banks. My main bank is td which isnt supported. Used my amex on for the app and its been working smoothly. Also the justice league promo is kinda lame compared to the $25 cineplex gc offered for using samsung pay.
