Fees differ based on volume of sales and origin of payment.
Domestic transaction - We charge a fee ranging between 2.4%-3.4% + 1.20 ILS per transaction.
International transaction - We charge a fee ranging between 2.8%-5.4% + fixed fee per transaction. See ‘Selling internationally’ and ‘Fixed Fee’ tables below. When selling internationally in a foreign currency, a currency conversion fee applies.

Withdrawing funds from your PayPal account.
If you have funds in your PayPal balance, you can withdraw them to a bank account in Israel (in Israeli Shekels only), a bank account in the U.S. (in $USD only) or a Visa card. The funds will be in your account in 4-8 business days. A currency conversion fee will apply if the money in your PayPal account needs to be converted.
