After 24 Hours of Purchase up Until 12 Hours before the Event Commences you May do One of the Following by Emailing [email protected] Notifying us that You Wish to:
1) Send someone else in your place
2) Receive a credit of the dollar amount purchased towards another Bisnow event ticket good for up to 12 months from date of purchase after which the credit is void. We will reply with an email containing instructions on using your credit.
Within 12 Hours of the Event Commencing: If you haven’t emailed us by this time for a credit or to send someone else in your place, your ticket is non-refundable, as we’ve already incurred the costs related to your attendance
Anywhere from one per month to one per quarter in each city we work in.
No less than 12 hours prior to the event, email [email protected] with the name and company of the person you are sending in your place and the event name, city, and date and we will have a name badge awaiting your replacement.
Email [email protected] the event name, city, and date of the event that you accidentally registered for and let us know the event name, city and date of the event that you would like to be registered for. We will make the change and have a name badge awaiting you at your substituted event.

If you ever find a Bisnow e-mail in your Yahoo Bulk mail folder, open it and click the Not Spam button.
Other
Other Programs/Providers: If you are subscribed to Bisnow, but are not receiving the e-mails, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or company is blocking them, perhaps because they think Bisnow is junk mail.
What you can do to fix this:
Get in touch with technical support at your ISP or company and explain the problem. If they are blocking e-mail from Bisnow, ask them to stop. One way they can do this is to place the following on an e-mail "safe list":

Some web-based e-mail systems allow you to set your own safe list. Look for it in the settings section, and add "bisnow.com" (without the quotes.) If you have to enter a complete address, use "[email protected]". Some e-mail systems, such as AOL 8.0, require a sender to be in your address book to keep the e-mail from diverted to a junk mail folder. If your system is like this, add [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] to your address book.
If all else fails, try signing up under another internet account, or consider changing ISPs to a provider that does not block your e-mail.
