    So true! Engaging the ostium in dx cath informs how to choose/use guide for PCI. Laying out the lesion during dx lends 3D understanding for wire selection/shape, equipment needs, anticipated PCI challenges. Dx cath is not scut: it builds nuanced skill and integrative perspective.
