Three months into a purchase, $5K paid, four attempts to make a transfer through two different regis...trars, and I still haven't received the domain name. Sedo has admitted technical issues on their side, but refuses to process a refund. Do not recommend.
What really bothers me is the lies I was told by the customer support supervisor. He told me that the funds for the domain purchase have already been transferred to the seller, and cannot be returned to me. This is in direct conflict with Sedo's own support documentation, which notes that "The buyer’s payment is only released once a change of ownership has been confirmed. This process ensures a secure transfer."
tldr; Sedo provides a terrible service, refuses to process a refund for the service when they don't deliver, and then lie to you about their own documented processes. 更多

I had someone named Ana Paula Vasquez Cisneros contact me about purchasing my domain name. She told ...me to contact her by noon today. I did contact her and accepted the offer. She never got back to me. Can you tell me why or if this person even works for you?
I'm giving up a domain that I've had for years and being treated like this is unprofessional.
AMENDED... after posting this, things picked up and the transaction happened. There was alot to the process, but I now see why my transaction was supposedly capped at the price I got, so I'm pretty sure the explanations I got for that price may have been a little bogus but in the end everything worked out... coulda got more though so I shoulda played a little harder ball 更多
